Purpose of the Website
This website serves as an informational presentation of Hyzen and its technology platform for green hydrogen project engineering. It also provides access to a free interactive site screening tool (the “Site Screener”) that generates preliminary feasibility indicators for green hydrogen projects at user-selected locations.
The website does not currently offer paid products, subscriptions, or commercial transactions. When commercial services become available, separate terms of service will govern their use.
Site Screener — Terms of Use
3.1 What the Site Screener Does
The Site Screener is a free, publicly accessible tool that allows users to select a geographic location and receive preliminary indicators about that location's suitability for green hydrogen production. These indicators may include estimated solar irradiation, wind resource quality, water availability proximity, infrastructure access, and indicative Levelized Cost of Hydrogen (LCOH) ranges.
3.2 Nature of the Outputs
The Site Screener outputs are preliminary, indicative estimates intended for initial screening purposes only. They are generated using mathematical models, publicly available datasets (including but not limited to PVGIS, NASA POWER, ERA5/Copernicus), and generalized engineering assumptions.
By using the Site Screener, you acknowledge and agree that:
The outputs are not engineering deliverables. They do not constitute a feasibility study, a pre-FEED assessment, an engineering opinion, or a professional recommendation of any kind.
The outputs are not investment advice. No financial, investment, construction, or operational decision should be made solely or primarily on the basis of Site Screener outputs.
The outputs involve inherent limitations. Engineering models are simplifications of complex physical, economic, and regulatory systems. Actual project conditions and performance will differ — potentially materially — from any estimate provided by the tool, due to factors including but not limited to: local meteorological variability, site-specific terrain and soil conditions, actual equipment performance and degradation, real-time commodity and energy prices, regulatory and permitting requirements, construction quality, and other factors not captured by the models.
The underlying data comes from third-party sources whose accuracy, completeness, and currency we do not guarantee. Users should independently verify all data relevant to any project decision.
Certain features use artificial intelligence (AI). AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or errors. AI outputs must not be treated as professional engineering or scientific advice.
3.3 Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information obtained through the Site Screener. Any use of Site Screener outputs for project development, investment analysis, regulatory filings, financing applications, or any other professional or commercial purpose must be independently validated by qualified professional engineers and other relevant advisors.
3.4 Site Score Report (One-Pager)
The Site Screener may generate a downloadable report (the “Site Score Report”) summarizing the screening results for a selected location. This report includes an overall site suitability score and AI-generated analysis. The following additional terms apply specifically to the Site Score Report:
The Site Score Report is an AI-generated document. Its content — including the numerical score, the textual analysis, and any recommendations — is produced by artificial intelligence. It has not been reviewed, validated, or endorsed by a licensed professional engineer.
The site suitability score is a relative indicator, not an absolute determination. It reflects a weighted composite of publicly available data inputs — including renewable energy resource quality, proximity to water sources, infrastructure access, and other location-specific factors. The score does not account for all variables that affect actual project feasibility, including but not limited to: land ownership, environmental impact, permitting constraints, geotechnical conditions, political risk, or project-specific financial parameters.
The score is not a rating, certification, or endorsement. It does not certify that a location is suitable for development, nor does it predict the technical or financial success of any hydrogen project.
The Site Score Report is intended for internal screening purposes only. If you share the report with third parties — including investors, partners, lenders, regulatory bodies, or co-developers — you are responsible for communicating these limitations. Hyzen accepts no liability for decisions made by any third party based on a Site Score Report.
Each Site Score Report contains a disclaimer notice. Removing, obscuring, or altering the disclaimer on the report is prohibited.
3.5 No Professional Relationship
Use of the Site Screener does not create a professional, advisory, consulting, or engineering services relationship between you and Hyzen. Hyzen is a software provider, not an engineering firm, and does not provide licensed professional engineering services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hyzen, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
your use of, or inability to use, this website or the Site Screener;
any reliance placed on information or outputs obtained through this website or the Site Screener;
any decisions — including investment, construction, development, or operational decisions — made on the basis of Site Screener outputs;
any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the outputs, underlying data, or AI-generated content;
any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the website or Site Screener;
any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
Intellectual Property
5.1 Hyzen's Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, engineering models, algorithms, calculation methodologies, UI/UX design, the “HYZEN” trademark, and the overall design and structure of the website — is the exclusive property of Hyzen Solutions SASU or its licensors and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws.
No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, published, or exploited in any form without the prior written consent of Hyzen, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
